The Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the International Centre for Advanced Research and Education Foundation and any individual or entity completing a booking request to join any of our international conferences. These Terms and Conditions apply to all conference events, including paper submission, registration, and participation. By acknowledging or accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the Terms and Conditions set forth below.

Online Registration and Payment Policy

Instructions for Author(s) Registration & Payment of Registration Fee

  • The international event or conference is organized and managed by the International Centre for Advanced Research and Education Foundation. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” shall be deemed to refer to the International Centre for Advanced Research and Education Foundation, and such terms shall be construed accordingly.
  • You acknowledge and accept that we reserve the right to publicly announce our business relationship with you, including but not limited to announcements on social media platforms. Such announcements shall not be disparaging or adverse to your business interests.
  • All applications for conference registration and all purchases of related documentation are subject exclusively to these Terms & Conditions, to the exclusion of any terms proposed or imposed by you.
  • We reserve the sole right to make necessary changes to the conference venue, timings, speakers, or program schedule due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any expenditure, loss, or damage incurred as a result of such changes, postponement, or rescheduling.
  • Any postponement, cancellation, or changes related to the conference/event will be updated on the official website and communicated periodically via email.
  • We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, productive, and welcoming environment free from discrimination, harassment, or violence of any kind. All participants are required to treat others with respect and consideration. Violation of this code of conduct may result in serious action, including removal from the event premises. Registration for the conference implies agreement to abide by this code of conduct.
  • Any behavior inconsistent with these principles may be reported to on-site venue staff. Appropriate actions will be taken, and necessary safety measures, including escorts, will be provided to ensure participant well-being during the event.
  • Discrimination or harassment against any individual—including attendees, delegates, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, staff members, service providers, organizers, or guests—is strictly prohibited. Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to, unwanted verbal attention, physical contact, intimidation, stalking, shaming, or bullying.
  • Discrimination based on gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, physical appearance, race, religion, nationality, or ethnicity shall be treated as serious misconduct.
  • Event-related images may be provided upon request, subject to applicable policies.
  • We impose restrictions on the use of images, audio, video, or recordings of conference events for purposes such as social media marketing, advertising, or promotion without prior written consent.
  • By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree to our filming and photography policies, which include:
    • We may use photographs, videos, and audio recordings for event-related activities, promotions, advertisements, and social media in both electronic and print formats.
    • Due to the widespread use of personal devices, we disclaim liability for images or recordings captured by other participants.
    • Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must inform us via email prior to attending the event.
  • Personal information provided during registration will be retained as part of our records, and we are committed to safeguarding data privacy and protecting such information as required.
  • By submitting your email address during registration, you consent to receive periodic updates and communications regarding our conferences and events.
  • We may share personal information with third-party service providers involved in organizing the conference and with co-sponsors, strictly for event-related purposes.
  • Except as stated above, we will not disclose your personal information to any other third party without your explicit consent.
  • If you wish to unsubscribe from future event-related communications, you may do so by contacting us via email.
  • Reviewer comments represent independent professional opinions based on their expertise. Any critical or negative feedback should not be construed as offensive.
  • Reviewer feedback is intended solely to provide constructive evaluation and should be considered positively for research improvement and value addition.
  • Information related to the reviewer body is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed under any circumstances.
  • We do not guarantee publication or indexing of any paper in any specific publisher or database. Publishers and indexing agencies independently evaluate submissions and may decline papers that do not meet their standards. Indexing procedures are dynamic and subject to change.
  • Publication timelines are not fixed and may take 6–9 months or longer after conference completion, depending on publisher processes, unavoidable circumstances, or delayed author responses.
  • Participants are solely responsible for obtaining necessary visas. Sufficient time should be allowed for visa processing, and participants should consult the appropriate embassy or consulate.
  • Failure to obtain a visa does not entitle the participant to a refund. However, participation through online mode may be permitted where feasible.
  • Registration is limited to individuals aged 18 years or older. We shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, illness, disability, theft, or death incurred before, during, or after the event, except where caused by our proven negligence.
  • Contact details and personal information of speakers may be shared with event attendees and displayed on conference websites, including name, affiliation, email address, and photograph.
  • The views and opinions expressed by speakers are their own. We accept no liability for advice, opinions, or statements made by any speaker during the conference.
  • The creation of frames around our web pages that alter or affect the visual presentation of our websites is strictly prohibited.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. We reserve the right to modify, amend, add, or remove any terms without prior notice. Any remaining terms shall continue to be valid and binding on all participants, including attendees, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors.

Registration Fee (Physical Mode):

This fee includes access to the Inaugural Session, Keynote/Invited Lectures, Oral Paper Presentation Sessions, networking opportunities, conference lunch and refreshments, a conference kit, and a Participation/Presentation Certificate.
