Payment Policy

• Each accepted paper must be registered by at least one author for presentation at the conference in order to be considered for publication in IEEE Xplore.
• The registration fee for each category is specified in the Registration Fee table. Registration will be confirmed only after receipt of the full payment.
• Additional paper registration and co-author registration are applicable as mentioned in the Registration Fee table.
• Authors are requested to pay the conference registration fee through online payment mode only.
• The paper must be presented at the conference either virtually (online) or physically (offline), based on the mode selected by the presenter and upon payment of the applicable registration fee.
• The registration fee can be paid using a Credit Card or Debit Card through the designated payment gateway. Credit card or debit card details will not be accepted via email under any circumstances.

The physical mode registration fee includes access to the Inaugural Session, Keynote/Invited Lectures, Oral Paper Presentation Sessions, networking opportunities, conference lunch and refreshments, a conference kit, and a Participation/Presentation Certificate.

The conference is non-residential; therefore, delegates are requested to make their own accommodation arrangements.

The online mode registration fee includes access to the Inaugural Session, Keynote/Invited Lectures, and Oral Paper Presentation Sessions conducted online, along with a Participation/Presentation Certificate, which will be sent via email after the completion of the conference.

Registration must be completed and confirmed before the specified deadline.
